My complaint:
Made an attempt to purchase gas at the pump after business hours, transaction failed. Proceeding to the next gas station and that was open, went in to pay for gas and again transaction was denied, decided to check my app and it was discovered that varo bank took the deposit for the gas transaction at Walmart. Now they are telling me that I need to submit proof of documentation for a failed transaction and that I would have to wait 1 to 7 business days for depending transaction to change status. I find that to be a very unacceptable practice and a very big inconvenience when just previously this year it representative was able to go in and look depending transaction to same situation that transpire but now all of a sudden they can’t do anything unless I submit documentation I don’t understand why they don’t have a system in play that releases the customer’s money immediately upon the failed transaction

They should release my funds immediately
