My complaint:
These people do not care about other people’s money they state there is a security team but there is NO SECURITY TEAM! I feel like they are trying to steal the little money that I have. Every two weeks they suspend my account when I’m im doing is paying my bills and will not give me any info as to why they suspended it! We have went through a terrible storm and they still haven’t released my money and I am a single mother with no help. This is the worst bank ever they don’t care about no one l. I asked them to send my money through a check and just close the whole account they don’t want to do that and they will hang up in your face if you ask to speak with someone higher above like there is no one to speak to just trying to take people money THIS BANK NEEDS TO BE SUED LIKE LAST WEEK AGO

RELEASE MY MONEY I DO NOT WORK NOR EVER WILL I WORK FOR THAT POOR EXAMPLE OF A BANK WITH RUDE REPS. I am a rep myself and I have never seen such rude inconsiderate people till I started dealing with Varo Bank.
