My complaint:

I purchased some cheese and it fell out of the bag it wasn’t until a few hours later i realized and I returned to the store same day with receipt in hand and explained the situation and without hesitation said NO without any compassion for me the customer for an honest mistake. Being a single mother of 3 when I buy groceries it’s to feed my children and knowing how inflation has been I’m disappointed in the customer service I was provided today .

Suggested solution:

Exchange the cheese for new ones
