USDA Rural Development complaint: Intemidation and harassment favoritism

My complaint:

The landlord is very abusive towards people she allows certain people to move in no matter their record but won’t let some people with a misdemeanor 4 years ago we have a person who stays with her mom who is constantly taking pictures and making up lies to get me cussed at if your a landlord your supposed to find out what is going on not just take the one causing the problems also we had a bench and chairs outside she took it away claiming were in prison but in reality people in prison have more freedom also she allows one person to live in a 2 bedroom and I have a son who had a accident and he can’t walk up and down stairs tresa benson has been working off her back rent and deposit and she draws a check also if you do a audit you will find out a lot more also the maintenance ladies shouldn’t have access to personal information in files the person over the landlord is lazy and always takes landlord side tresa gets away with murder all rules should be followed by everyone also tresa has access to the keys to everyone apartment I have been threatened with a gun and I tell landlord and she takes up for her also the stairs are dangerous walking to apartment and balcony is not safe at all plus a fire hazard

Suggested solution:

Come do audit and make the favoritism stop and make the landlord abide by rules per every person living here also the one who is causing problems should be evicted the discrimination needs to stop period also please address the issue on the property that isn’t safe
