My complaint:
This Company (USA Fire Door) sent my Company the wrong size doors, resulting in the loss of additional business , costing me a business relationship and financial loss. This was a Church that was previously burglarized. So you imagine there concern when the building had to be partially secured do to being sent the wrong size doors, that didn’t match the right size frames that had been installed assuming that the doors size was what was ordered.
Suggested solution:
Restoration and Compensation.
