My complaint:
Advance request for $12M in reference to the object given the useless verbal request ,hereby I am requesting payment again with a cashier check not later than 15 days from this register letter.Judicial protection of my rights in all the competent offices .I ask for a new check since the one you sent to me by e-mail previously has expired and is not valid.
