My complaint:
Me and my husband took our two kids here today. I had been contacting the company to get the information from them about all they have, I got the open time, prices and all the entertainment they offer. Excited to go we showed up at 9:50 I paid for the game of Lazer tag. The young lady told me it would be a twenty minute wait. No problem we sat and waited twenty minutes before heading back up to get started, unfortunately I she said it was going to be another twenty minutes. Ok we sat and waiting again then went back up where said said it wouldn’t be til 11:07 for our game. Now a bit irritated we sat and waited, didn’t call I’d for the game til 11:30, now Went in to do our game, my daughter and I have broken Lazer guns. So she was upset it was an unfair game so we didn’t really have much fun. Figured we would all go skating, nope. They close the rink for dancing of some sort. Now if we knew we would have been waiting from 9:50 to 11:30 we would have skated while waiting, but when we are told it’s only twenty minutes that didn’t allow us to plan any fun…. Not a great first impression.
Suggested solution:
I would like to maybe give it another shot, discount of some sort would be nice.
