My complaint:
I sent a message to uniswap because fraudulent active happened to one of my accounts. I filled out the form through uniswap support portal and they emailed me back with with an agent connected. The agent accessed my computer through helpsupport.us and blue screened my computer claiming to refund my money stolen. They then while logged into my computer purchased $2000 in BTC and transferred it to another wallet. The support contact that reached out to me was from the complaint form I filed. They asked me to send my I’d info and bill to secure my accounts. I didn’t see nothing debit my account until an hour after being off the phone with them.
Suggested solution:
The business should compensate the funds that were stolen from their support team while remote accessing my account.
