My complaint:
I tried to use a discount code for 15% off my new airtime plan with Vodafone. It says it is a multi use code however it has never been used and will not provide me with the discount.
I have informed them of this trough a direct message to their Twitter account and have been completely ignored.
Suggested solution:
I would like a working discount code to use for my new airtime plan.
