My complaint:
I have had multiple occasions where I have tried to withdraw usdt from my Okex account. On every occasion I have been asked to make a verification payment, each time getting larger amount I’m having to pay. 1st one was 1001 which I paid that exact amount. Only after paying in more than that amount did they tell me it has to be the exact amount. Then I tried to withdraw again and they asked both a friend who transferred funds to help me out and myself to pay 2088 verification fee, which we both did.
Then I tried a third time and got asked to pay 7500 ish which I did so again I tried to withdraw a fourth time. You guessed it I got asked to pay 18004 which I eventually got the funds for and my friend helped me out yet again. This time they said I was fully verified and I had to do one trade to show I was still active within the app, I thought fair enough that’s sounds fair.
After I had completed a successful trade I had to let them know which I done yet again. I got told I would be able to withdraw after 48 hours which was up on Saturday evening. I still hadn’t heard from them by Sunday morning. So I messaged them to ask if I could withdraw funds yet and they said after some extensive research they found my 18004 was paid in using 2different accounts. Even tho I got told my account was fully active a few days before. Also I asked them why is this flagging up as a security issue as all they needed to do was look back 2-4 weeks earlier and they would see that it was from the same 2 accounts that got cleared a few weeks earlier.
My friends account has also been asked to verify the 18004 which none of us have that kind of cash. All our funds are in our Okex account.
I really hope you can resolve my situation as I feel they are taking full advantage of me because I’m new to this.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied once both my friends account and my account are both fully verified and we can both continue to trade within this app/site. I we have both paid to much into our account to be walking away from it. All of our money is wrapped up in this account. We really need both our accounts to be verified so we can get to our money.
Also be able to withdraw without being told we need to keep verifying our accounts.
Failing that just all the cash we have both put into our accounts.
