My complaint:
Booked a Van for 5 Days with the intent to bring back early. I was the charged the same amount for 2 days as for 5 days. Besides this the Driver’s side Sunvisor was missing and was told oh, we meant to fix that. Overcharged for Insurance on the Vehicle, charged for 5 days when it should have been 2 days.
Suggested solution:
Refund of the monies overcharged.
