Trusted FX Addition complaint: Investment disputes and not getting any reimbursements

My complaint:

From the dates of 5 April to 25 May I’ve invested a lot which I feel like I’ve lost a lot of money. I’ve initially been in contact with Becky the account manager. I am not happy with the services as they didn’t give enough information a long the way and it’s ill advised with lack of transparency. She keeps on insisting me to keep paying up which I now then refuse. Mr Rod had tried to help processing the transaction of profits which is still yet to come into my bank through Charlcu and I thought the process wasn’t successful. Tony has offered me $550 to be paid for the transaction of the profits to come into my Paypal to execute the sending process. I refuse to pay since I can’t justify why I need to pay for that transaction fee. I’d like my banks to be recovered, I don’t want to be paying anymore fees (including the paypal fee). They seemed to be delaying the process of the payments coming into my paypal then into my bank account.
I highly prefer to have a direct bank transfer through paypal.

Private Key Seller is part of the situation too.

Suggested solution:

Just hand over the reimbursements of $30k which they still owe me. so I don’t need to pay any fees and then I will stop bothering them and not continue trading with them anymore.
