My complaint:
I contacted Trugreen to treat my lawn for weeds. I paid 86.00 monthly for this service. I cancelled on July 3rd 2023 for the following reasons. Services not completed they say I caught the Trugreen tech just drenching my shrubs and flowers and orange tree. I stopped him and told him not to spray my shrubs and flowers. He stated he trys to miss them. Trugreen stated they have been treating my yard twice monthly which is a lie, I seen them only 3 times. The tech did not treat the north side of my property. I know this first hand I was on the nirth side of my house and watched him real up his hose and leave. I was on the monthly payment plan and continually call me for money saying they were not paid. They withdrew the payment from my bank account. Customer service is terrible. Don’t make the mistake that I did and hire this company. Terrible customer service.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for my dead shubs, flowers. They killed portions of St Augustine grass, it turned yellow and dieing. I would rate Trugreen less thsn zero stars if I could
