My complaint:
called TRUE WHITE SYSTEM.ordered trial offer not intending to get full product. do not recall any mention to me about being on their plan So.called immediately to cancel after seeing aLITE was in the deal. did not want any of it. they sent put me on plan.Product sent by DAZZELING TEETH.I returned item on same day ,12-12-18 to return to sender’. they saY THAT WAS NOT CORRECT ADDRESS – ARIZONIA .I was charged $149.95 be cause THEY SAY i returned too late .Ordered on 11-20-18 got on 12-12. Did not get to them at their Calif. place till 4-3. Well past the 14 days .. Called many times to explain to check with the Arizona ofc . they finally did and got item sent to calif ofc. on 4-3. Very nasty girl at Calif ofc gave me NO Help, as i returned too late. would hear none of my side. This is a very BIG charge and I do not have, or want their product. Also, the different company names seem strange as if confussion was intended! .I only got the trial and paid $7.95 sh over 20.00 for product .Package unopened and Return to Sender immediately. They are charging me for their PLAN PRODUCT that was never sent !

want charges taken from my Discover card. All $7.95, 20.00, $149.95 WOULD SURLY BE MOST APPRECIATED. THANK YOU .
