My complaint:
The owner of Tri county Guardianship took over my unresponsive dad 032017. He passed October 23, 2017. The hiers have not received NOT ONE receipt how his money was spent. She turned the estate over to her personal attorney when it was time to settle the estate. She lied said she paid Medicade recovery. A phone call said that was a lie. Then she said she paid Medilodge of E. Lansing. Another lie. They wrote 13,000 off bc she refused to pay. They also said they would never recommend her to anyone. His only asset was a 2006 Cadillac STS. Never saw a receipt for the sale. I am now personally working with IRS and another agency. Never utilize this agency. NEVER.
Suggested solution:
It is against the Law for attorney to lie. And she is a attorney. I would like ALL accountability of his money and actual receipts. And a Guardianship consists of being honest, and not lying.
