My complaint:
I would like to share my shopping experience at this Hyde street Trader Joe’s . I came to purchase 4 of the mini tote bags with my toddler girl this morning, hour later I came back again to the store and purchased the pizza for my little one , when I walked into the store , one of the associate shout out to me “ you purchased 4 of the tote bags already , you can’t get the tote bags again , I remember your face “OMG , what’s wrong with this guy ? He shocked me and my little one , did I do anything wrong to him? I just want to come in to shop but the way he talk to me feels like we just steal from the store, also maybe I am Asian so he thinks that I can’t understand English at all and needed to use his body language to explain it to me I can’t purchase the tote bags . I am very upset about this customer service , I want to say if there’s a limit to purchase tote bag 4 per person , I got my 4 , is my little one consider as a human so she can get another tote bags? I really don’t understand about their policy
