My complaint:
Have a Btc trading account 919819340752. I was withdrawing funds from my trading account to binance but it failed. Now my trading account shows that its freezed.
I got in touch with one of the customer service member btc.invest.btcoin@gmail.com who asked me to withdraw only by doing a recharge of 10% of my balance. I have already invested a lot and don’t have funds to recharge. Its my own account and just want to withdraw 50% of the balance. Remaining 50% want to keep for further trading.
Unfreeze the account and let me withdraw only 50% of the balance.

Should unfreeze the trading account and let me withdraw atleast 50% of the balance.
