My complaint:

I ordered sport cards from Topps in France expecting them to send from France aswell. They took their time and send the product a month later and from the UK. Problem is the UK are not in the EU anymore and you need to pay a hefty customs fee.

Having informed Topps about this problem for 2 months with several emails they don’t even reply my emails.

Suggested solution:

They should send a product from the country where it is ordered or they should let people know they send it from a country outside of the EU. And for people like me they should step up and pay the customs fee because they didn’t mention it when you order from them.
