My complaint:
On 12-16-2015,my wife at the time snuck out and took the kids, stopped me from seeing them,filed divorce,was not fighting or arguing, during the court proceedings,she was not following the visiting order,I had my lawyer file content charges,I only seen the children 11 hours a week,two weekends a month she didn’t bring them,judge done nothing,so I started looking into it, found that she got cought with the guy she was cheating with and drugs, lawyers and judges hidding the charge,gave her costody before separation to get state assistance for rehab, when I told the judge,throwed in jail,lost my kids,3 yrs now and court clerk said I cannot file nothing, retired judge said,no I can’t.i am not allowed to talk or see my kids,I passed a hair follicle,phs. Evaluation twice,I have not been in trouble,
TN Justice system has committed fraud,and I am the one being punished and my children.no lawyers will help,on the 5 the judge and they are not going through the court administration,calling the one that will go their way,I have filed complaint after complaint and every office in this state lies or ignores me.
