My complaint:
I demanded that this guy not fix my car at all and informed him that I would be picking it up. Instead of following my directions he purposely started repairs on my car and when I again demand that he stopped. He charged me $600 and kept screws and parts to my car.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money $600
