My complaint:
I bought brake pads with a lifetime warranty. When Mavis bought out Tire Kingdom, they said they wouldn’t honor any previous warranties. My brakes malfunctioned, and instead of them honoring it, I had to go somewhere else and pay $935 out of pocket to get them fixed
Suggested solution:
Compensate me for the money it took to repair the parts under their warranty
