My complaint:
Yesterday I made a purchase for Tinder Premium for my new account.
Following this I was asked to verify my profile with pics. Because I took the pic under dark lightening, their team did not recognize them and banned my account.
I contacted support team again which was not helpful at all.
For a bit of background, I had been using Tinder for years and last month I deleted my account to take a break.
Now Tinder disable my account after taking money which does not look fair to me.
Suggested solution:
Reactivate mu account or give me the refund!
