My complaint:
So my tiktok @loveyoumai was hacked a few months ago, he changed my email and username into @ismailgeziciii..the only information left was mine was my registered number .. but luckily the hacker gave my account back.. so I tried to login and my account was locked! I have been trying to report a problem but TIKTOK SUPPORTS wont help with my issue! The hacker is from Turkey and im from Japan! So tried to give all the information but still my account is locked!
Pls help me with this issue!! I have been trying to message tiktok support but they always send me the same answer! THIS IS MY ACCOUNT! I want my account back!!
Suggested solution:
They should ask for more evidence like my Passport or ID if any of the registered information on tiktok was forgotten ..!
