My complaint:
They should protect the user from false massive reports with the same IP, there are even tutorials on youtube how to do it, I have a person who blocks it every so often and comes back and makes accounts and knocks me down on tik tok with massive reports. They should also put that the email is ed and be able to give the user the facility to do as instagram, block that user and all his accounts. you have to protect your creators, since you are a multi-million dollar company. This is the 4th time it happend and TIK TOK DOES ANYTHING!
Suggested solution:
You should be like instagram, give the user the opportunity to ban the person with the same email and that this email be verified in order to have the tik tok account,
fix your system with massive reports from the same IP or try to get a human to verify the reports, you take down the account without first verifying if it broke the rules or not.
