TikTok complaint: They logged me out and refuse to help me get back into the app. I had to have a new mobile number and they’re not being helpful.

My complaint:

I have over 10k followers, I got logged out and asked to resign in. I know my password but they are asking for a code to be sent to old mobile number. I’ve been on chat for 4 days and the guy wasn’t even reading what I was writing and sending generic repetitive information.

Suggested solution:

They need to help me re access my tik tok that I have the password for: it’s unacceptable to say create a new one when I have spent years building this one up.
