TikTok complaint: They have taken thousands of dollars to promote my videos. And not promoted them.

My complaint:

I have spent thousands of dollars to promote my videos and tick tock has taken my money and not promoted my videos

Suggested solution:

Either refund all my money or promote my videos to their fullest like they promised
