My complaint:
I have been a member of the TikTok community for several months now, and I enjoy this app very much. However, it has come to my attention that there is a form of oppression and racism within this platform. On several occasion this platform has allowed for the same images to be used in videos pro white supremacy, yet taken down for the exact same images when it concerns BLM. This is very injustice and I would love to keep using this platform, but it must allow for all voices to be heard. I hope to see this important improvement made to the app, if not sadly TikTok will not only lose me as a user but a petition will be made to force this change or TikTok will lose all oppressed individuals.
Suggested solution:
I believe the best resolution for this issue is to simply be fair and allow for all voices to be heard not just white voices. There should be a huge improvement to these guidelines.
