My complaint:
After I ordered the HoopFit, I realized it was coming from China. At that point, I told them I didn’t want something that was coming from China. They wouldn’t let me cancel it. After 11 communications with them, they have stopped communicating with me. It is very hard to attempt to use and does not work as advertised. I didn’t notice that the comments were turned off. That should have been a signal for me not to buy it.
Suggested solution:
This company is not honest, therefore I want my money back. These scammers need to be stopped. Please remove their ad from TikTok permanently!
