My complaint:
Hello TikTok, my name is Maggie, my tiktok account is maggielawler8, back in August of 2020, i went pretty viral and i acquired a bunch of followers, i went from 1,800 followers in August 2020 to around 26.2k followers in October 2020, and from October 2020 to November 2020 went up to as many as 34.5k followers. However, around the time of December 10th 2020, i started noticing my followers dropping by the hundreds, quite fast too. I went from 34.5k followers, down to 34.3k followers in just 2 weeks. Now, there’s no way i can could lose followers that quickly for no reason, i didn’t get canceled or anything along those lines, so no reason to lose hundreds of followers all at once. Its only got progressively worse from that point on, right now, March 2021, i’m down to 33.6k followers, i’ve lost around 900 followers. I know it doesn’t seem like a lot but, if this problem continues on, i’ll lose more than just that. I don’t know what’s going on or why. But i do know my followers wouldn’t just leave like that or unfollow for no reason. I’m almost positive it’s TikTok deleting my followers, because i don’t just lose a little bit at a time, it’s HUNDREDS at a time. That’s not possible unless it was the app taking them away for some reason. I’ve had many friends of mine describe to me that they are losing hundreds and thousands of followers as well.
Suggested solution:
I want an explanation to why this is happening, i want them to stop deleting my followers, and i want them to take me off of being shadow banned. None of my videos have gotten on the for you page in months, no one is interacting with my page anymore because of it, I have 30,000 followers and get only around 100 maybe 200 views and sometimes only 30 likes. I’ve seen people with 2000 followers get more views than that.
