My complaint:
My 17 year old daughter was in a football match on sunday 14th jan 2021 against burnley women. There was a live streamed ticktock video produced with LIVE comments stream.
My daughter is a minor and I did not consent to the videoing of the match nor live comments stream.
The comment stream has been full of harassing comments about my daughter, they have been very derogatory in nature and offensive.
Not only were the comments made on the day of the live streaming but subsequently the video has been stored on burnley official tick tock site and there are COMMENTS THAT ARE OFFENSIVE ABOUT MY DAUGHTER COMING IN AS WE SPEAK.
My daughter was not bothered to begin with but the persistent nature of the comments are causing her to become very upset.
My request would be for this to be investigated, I strongly believe that the video needs to be taken off ticktockBurnley official and indeed burnley need to update their governance around live streamed videos.
Its been an arena to humiliate my daughter and this needs to stop.

speak to burnley fc official and obtain new governance around live streaming live comments
obtain consent from minors parents before the game
please kindly remove the video from tick tock
please hear that this has deeply offended my daughter whos an excellent goal keeper and I do hope this harrassment does effect her career.
