TikTok complaint: Harassment, stocking, bullying

My complaint:

There has been a user that goes by @..ryansangel who has started drama on Tik Tok she made public videos about a private situation mocking and degrading snd harassing a girl over and over. She had gained a following because of sed drama and eventually got her almost 11k followers to all harass and stalk this girl sending threatening messages, shaming her for almost everything that she had done to where she no longer has any social media of her own that she can be comfortable on. I just don’t believe that someone who is constantly putting another person in misery and bullying them by telling there YOUNG followers who are mainly between the ages of 12-14 to bully a girl because of things that happened years ago that @..ryansangel had made up falsely. I feel like if she has ruined one girls life she can definitely do it with more people as she gets more popular. I’ve reported the account multiple times including individual videos where she was mocking degrading posting about her and nobody has done absolutely anything. She even harassed this girl to the point of almost ending herself and discussed things such as self harm alcohol drugs and other things while having a young following and knowing the girl struggled with those things.

Suggested solution:

I honestly think that taking down her account would be the best option because she has already done enough damage to someone’s mental health by using her following for putting others down. Even just suspending her or something the most she has ever been suspended was a couple hours which is completely unfair. She has created a fan base based off of hate for a girl who had no intention of doing absolutely anyone. Tik Tok hasn’t done anything about it and I would really be very greatful if something would work out so that she can feel safe on Tik Tok and that this same situation won’t happen to anyone else and cause someone else to do something drastic.
