My complaint:

I am very unhappy with the service i have received from your company. I have reported this complaint many times through the app and to your email and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am met with an automated response. This is ridiculous and I wont stop until i get the outcome i deserve and an actual response from a human. My livestreaming ability has been permanently banned and i do not believe this is correct or fair. This was the result of me receiving two violations. However, the first violation (which resulted in a temporary ban) was not correct and i appealed this but did not hear back. The first violation was for minor safety, but there were no minors in my livestream. There were me and 3 of my friends from University, who are all 18 and over. I said that I can provide proof of this so this violation can be revoked but no one responded. The second violation was for something my friend said on my livestream (as a joke), however I did agree that this violated the terms. My point is that, had i not had the first false violation, the one my friend committed wouldve been my first one and resulted in only a temporary ban and this would have been my warning not to go live with my friends anymore. I am hoping this will be resolved and I will have my livestream feature reinstated as many of my followers enjoy watching my stream. I am really disappointed it has come to this and the lack of response or empathy i have received. For such a huge company i would expect better. I will be satisfied once I receive a response from a human and my live rights are reinstated, as I recieved a temporary ban for false accusation!
