My complaint:

One of the TikTok vidoes featured a Mototec Scooter Clearance sale. The video took me to Tunkivin.com

I received a ation email from – Customer-Service@gmail.com. Now that email can not be found. I then went to the main website from the ad, tunkivin.com and found this support email – client@supernovapre.com. Waiting a response from them.

Suggested solution:

Please help me get a refund on my money - $39.98. The ad was a scam and no delivery of product.

I ordered the transformer scooter in May 2021 but have never received it. Why has Walmart allowed these orders in their website as it is just a scam. I’ve tried to get a refund but get a runaround. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to go

Someone is scamming people. I was on Facebook and saw an ad for cheap TVs and it took me to a website. I copied the “customer service email” and pulled up multiple websites claiming to sell products for cheap and claiming to be affiliated with Walmart and other retailers. Please people do not fall for this bull. Soon as I say the contact email was a Gmail, I knew it was a scam. Plus, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!! It’ll probably be hard to catch the person doing this because they have multiple websites. I… Read more »
