TikTok complaint: Discrimination, harrassment and bully (DHB)

My complaint:

Tiktok Music.ly has ongoing practices with DHB targeting black creators and using employees to repeated DHB by using fake accounts. Further, limiting account traffic, audience, and sending negative notices, emails feedback. Support employees intentionally use verbage such as ban, suspension, community guideline violations without investigating they target the black audience with overt operations to shut them down. Recently, during late 2021 as a lawsuit was be determined in the courts reaching a settlement – Tiktok Music.ly DHB my profile and content on a regular basis with daily ban notices, threats of banning and removing videos, deleting videos, deleting accounts, blocking my content from my phone, hacking my phone and closing feedback with resolutions. Further, they would not answer or help resolve any issue or refer my questions or concerns to the appropriate party or dept.

I finally raised the point they were destroying relations on the platform and not allowing free speech and community with an audience dependent on information shared by me and whoever this employee(s) was theyheshe was involved in DHB personal attacks and Cyberbullying as well as violating its own Community Guidelines. Suddenly, things got a little better, no more threats plus the settlement was now closing to an end. But just recently my account has grown and Tiktok Creators fund application as been denied.

They company claims they can’t verify my age but sent notice contrary that the did indeed verify successfully and I was eligible to join so after I was not verified any longer and to contact legal which I did but apparently legal doesn’t exist or doesn’t respond. I have sent communication to the CEO of the Company Shou Zi Chew describing unfair practices and behavior to me met with more resistance and declining platform growth my data has plummet consistently.

Suggested solution:

Change their unfair practice, prejudices, discrimination, harassment of creators and personal vendettas by employees are prohibited. Stop violating and targeting Black people, creators and brand issues and to create a unit solely unbiased toward blacks. Create an unbiased resolution for blacks and their voices
