My complaint:
I am currently undergoing chemotherapy to treat a brain tumour. I have a year left of treatment. I used my TikTok account to document my journey through living with a brain tumour. After I had shaved all my hair off and made a TikTok about it, TikTok banned my account for ‘ being a minor.’ I had emailed TikTok repeatedly and after a few, robot-written replies, TikTok started to ignore my emails. This has caused me to go into a bit of a hole of depression, amongst other things. I have no access to my account and my account can’t ven be seen by other TikTok members.
Suggested solution:
They should give me my account back
