My complaint:
The reason for the suspension, as communicated by TikTok, was that I allegedly tampered with a landing page. However, I strongly dispute this allegation and believe that it is unfounded.
I had previously submitted an ad for approval, which was also on the same TikTok Ad Account that was suspended. Despite being previously approved, TikTok suspended my Ad Account, alleging that I tampered with a Landing Page. However, the proof provided by TikTok does not show me or the business that I represent. The proof was not posted on the TikTok Ad, TikTok Account, or the website of the business I represent.
Moreover, TikTok was unable to prove that the screenshot they provided is in relation to the TikTok Ad, TikTok Account, or the website of the business I represent. The response given by Amirrul on April 17 was the same as the initial response, which did not provide sufficient evidence to support the suspension.
I am therefore requesting that TikTok provides evidence to prove that the screenshot provided is in relation to the TikTok Ad, TikTok Account, or the website of the business I represent. This evidence is necessary to ensure that my Ad Account is reinstated and my business can continue to operate on TikTok.
Suggested solution:
Reactivate my Ad Account, refund the unused prepaid amount, and offer compensation for potential loss of business leads.
