My complaint:
I wish to voice my total displeasure with the Stars recent changes.First and foremost,the reduction of the amount of black ink used for the general text.As you should be aware,a signifigant number of your readers are over forty years of age.I personally am a senior citizen,and have a group that meeat every few weeks.They all stated this same complaint.I don’t know if the printing is any smaller,but at the very least,its harder to read.Then you add color to the daily comics.If these moves are made to save money,it doesn’t make sense.The puzzle section is totally screwed up as well.You’ve made the crypto-quoteso small as to be unusable.Why even bother?Do you actually hire people to make changes without any research?I’ve been getting this paper for over forty years and I think that’s just about to end.
Suggested solution:
Put someone in charge who cares as much about quality as well as saving a few cents for their own bottom line.
