My complaint:
We have been loyal customers as the food is good. However the last few times I’ve found I have charged extra. Tonight I rang and she offered me a cash transaction from the delivery driver, in exchange I don’t go further. It’s an absolute disgrace.
Suggested solution:
I just want the public to be aware this is going on
