My complaint:
On august 04 around 12:30Am, I had an altercation with a cocktail waitress in the Venetian poker room, shortly after the Director of Poker Operations banned me for life from entire property, restaurants and shopping area, further more he evicted me from my hotel room at 1 Am, have security escorted me out of the premises.
I believe the director of poker operation’s overstepped his jurisdictions beyond the poker room , his reaction is excessive without giving a chance to question 9 witnesses at the table , furthermore the surveillance cameras did not pick up any sound which is the basis of the cocktail waitress verbal harassments .
The banishment and eviction from hotel room in the middle of the night is cruel and did not fit the altercation and reflect abuse of power . The upper management must be notified from a formal source of the abuse of power of the above subordinate.
