My complaint:
after booking with the free test company for my CSCS health and safety card and paying £54…i took my test through waveney chambers in lowestoft passed my test…got a number to phone to recieve my card but was then told i need to complete another training course which was going to cost me £146 or more…no one at the free test company explained this to me from the start…i was told that my city and guilds qualification was good enough…now i have paid the £54 i have no CSCS card and now i have no chance of getting the job i have been promised….now feel misled and cheated…no hopes of getting my desired job..
Suggested solution:
all i want is my CSCS card...i thought it was just as simple as applying for the card passing the test getting my card and starting work...no one told me i would have to do another course and try to find yet another £140which i havent got...i really would like my money back..!!
