My complaint:
I have tried 2 sets of your red pots and pans and cannot get any help when calling your customer service department. The acted as though I was lying and I was told that there had NEVER BEEN A COMPLAINT BEFORE even though I had previously complained. I truly don’t think they care!!!
Suggested solution:
I don't know, even if I had been offered a different color or type of cookware would have been better than the way I was treated. I would rate a zero if I were able to do so!
