My complaint:
I want to file a complaint on The department of defense for negligence.They built and owned the electronic weapons for military use and they ended up on the streets and now one is being used aginst me to physically and mentally hurt me because i would not join a cult or gang and to set another free from the Gangster Diciples curse..
Suggested solution:
Ban the weapons and make them leave me be
