My complaint:
Well this the second time my husband has had cancel his chemo treatment for leukemia because of a co payment. Two weeks ago we submit the papers to the doctor to send to billing of LLS to they should sent them the bill for the co payment and we called billing and did not received as of this date. So by that happening my husband not take treatment again. Now he was to have 5 days of chemo this week and they probably won’t give him the chemo because of the co pay.. This is someone live that they playing with. Please advise what can be done. The doctor office don’t care about anything because no one has summited two weeks ago. The papers were given to the doctor.

For my husband to get his treatments.
