My complaint:

We have not received our paper since last Friday (Nov 11) It has been spotty before, but now – we are getting nothing. If we need to cancel our subscription because of your not being able to find carriers, please notify us. We have always been satisfied, but are not now.

Suggested solution:

Find someone to deliver the paper
