My complaint:
for 12 years now on and off I have been playing with the lottery centre who make a lot of promises and cold call players to part with large sums of money to play in various lotteries irish lotto german french, El gordo etc I have never won anything significant with them and still they call me to play various lottos at a large cost really what they should have done to show that they are serious about me winning is that they play a systematic form of lottery play where more numbers are chosen than the standard 4,5, or 6 numbers enabling the player a better chance of winning with various multi number combos. They haven’t done this with me but like to take money from me rather than give any money back. Hope this can be resolved and that they change their practices. They have a paymentcollection centre in Holland and call centre in Canada. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
stop calling me and sending emails to play also start calling me to say I have won prize money (on existing plays) rather calling me to part with money.
