My complaint:
I was getting a quote for auto insurance and after the quote from The Hartford was finished it was more than 100$ higher than my current insurance. I rejected the quote. In the flyer I received it stated that even if I did not switch to The Hartford I would receive a duffel bag. I provided my email address and never heard from The Hartford again. I believe this is a fraud.
Suggested solution:
Just send the duffel bag as the flyer stated
