The Glad Products Company complaint: force flex black draw string 13 gal tall kitchen bag

My complaint:

The black draw string does not stay attached to cinch the bag closed and tie
Almost every bag in the box had the same difficulty

Suggested solution:

replace the two boxes I've purchased and improve your product
