My complaint:
Long-time Amazon Prime user. 1 complaint is no rewind–or jump forward and back. Everything we watch on our TV (Amazon, Netflix, Starz, NFL on other channels, etc.) can do that. We’re a Dish customer and are so spoiled. This was unbearable. 2 complaint is that viewing was blurry. We have HD, but the whole game, and replay was blurry–can’t be HD. Wife reads subtitles and they were terrible. Am I doing something wrong? Will improvements be coming?
