My complaint:
I didn’t want to continue Terminix I didn’t sign any contract. When the lady came to spray my home, she didn’t inform me that I would have to BACK PAY for the services she’s about to do for me. I also never received an email, a phone call, or a text message informing me of this. Terminix customer service keeps telling me that NO MATTER WHAT, I will NOT have this balance removed. This is ridiculous I just want this harassment to end!
