My complaint:
I made a recharge of 10000/- on 24/2/2024 but not credited in my wallet. I made a complaint regarding this to my bank. Bank applied chargeback regarding this to beneficiary bank. Beneficiary bank rejected chargeback saying service has been provided. But I got no service. Now the gaming company is not crediting my amount.
Suggested solution:
They should credit my amount in my wallet.
